We ship to all states in the United States of America. Additionally, we also ship to Puerto Rico, Canada, and Europe. Unfortunately, we had to suspend shipments to certain countries, such as Mexico and Colombia.

This depends on whether it is an international or domestic order. All orders within the United States (including Puerto Rico) are considered domestic orders and are shipped and delivered within 3-7 business days. It also depends on the product; in the case of metal art, it may take a couple of additional days (due to production time).

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, Apple Pay, Google pay, Amazon pay and Shopay.F feel free to contact us for other payment options.

We will send tracking information to the email associated with your order once the item has left the factory and been shipped.

Our store is exclusively online at https://kendallscollection.com/ and we offer home delivery. Our factories are located in St Petersburg, Tampa, FL, United States (for orders from the USA and PR) and in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (for European orders).

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) in most cases and UPS for certain shipments where USPS does not cover delivery.
